There will be a MaxT3 workout (at 11:15am) before the Nutrition workshop that is open to guests. You will be able to join in the fun and learn about the health benefits of MaxT3.
This is a one stop workshop that includes everything you need to get started on you health journey or refresh your knowledge along the way.
