- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1⁄3 cup chopped blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- 1⁄4 cup chopped carrot
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground ginger
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow flavors to blend for 20 minutes before serving.
